We take pride in the quality of our products and fully guarantee our craftsmanship. If any defects or errors occur on our end, we will gladly provide a replacement at no cost to you.
Refunds
We are dedicated to delivering top-quality products and are happy to offer a replacement or refund if:
- The product has a flaw.
- The print quality is poor.
- The item you received differs from what was originally represented on our site.
Please email us with a photo of the product you received, along with any detailed shots you’d like to include. We’ll use this information to assess the issue, arrange a replacement, and prevent future errors.
Our customer service team will review your claim promptly. If approved, we’ll send you a replacement at no additional cost. For any other inquiries, please feel free to email us.
Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates.
Please allow 3-5 business days after your return is received for a refund to appear.
Any unauthorized returns or returns of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing period before a refund is reflected.

Exchanges
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Shipping
If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please note that you will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs when returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount. The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.
