Refund policy

In the baby industry, you must be strict about hygiene to protect other infants.

• The "Hygiene Seal":

  • Products such as breast pumps, nursing bras, teething toys, and mattresses are shipped in sealed hygiene packaging. Once this seal is broken, these items are ineligible for return unless they are found to be mechanically faulty.

• Car Seat Safety Warning:

  • We can only accept returns on Car Seats if the safety tags and plastic wrapping are intact. Once a car seat is installed or the box is opened, we cannot verify its safety integrity (potential micro-fractures from dropping), and therefore cannot resell it.

• Return Shipping Costs:

  • If you change your mind, you are responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked service with insurance, as we cannot refund items that are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
