Shipping policy

Parents often need items urgently or have specific delivery requirements for large items.

• Nursery Furniture & Heavy Goods:

  • Large items (cribs, wardrobes) are delivered via a "White Glove" service. The courier will contact you 24–48 hours before delivery to provide a 2-hour window.

  • Please ensure the delivery path is clear. Note: Our standard delivery for heavy items is "to the door" only. If you require room-of-choice delivery, please select the Gold Tier Shipping at checkout.

• Safe Place & Delivery Photos:

  • Due to the high value of travel systems (strollers), a signature is required. If you opt for "Leave in a Safe Place" via the courier app, [Store Name] cannot be held liable for theft or weather damage.

• International Shipping (EU & ROI):

  • For orders to the Republic of Ireland or the EU, please note that Import VAT and Customs Duties are now the responsibility of the recipient under post-Brexit rules.
